The Charito Dolls are inspirated by the Chibi cartoons which I draw in
my book. A big head, big eyes and a small, tiny body, and by the way, I
like to draw those creatures. I will post my drawings soon on my blog, but I
am a busy girl, you know?

Charita Dolls Marilyn Monroe Dress ~ Free Pattern
The famous American actress Marilyn Monroe wore a white dress in the 1955 film The Seven Year Itch, I haven't seen the film yet, but I don't think I ever going to do it, anyway, the dress was designed by William Travilla. The dress is regarded as an icon of film history and the statue of Monroe in the white dress standing above a subway grating blowing the dress up has been described as one of the iconic images of the twentieth century. I have seen a lot of people making pictures under her dress, and I heard that there's a part of the population in America, but also in other countries, who sais that making a picture, while you're standing under her dress is 'outrageous'. But I like the idea ^.^

Charita Dolls Hair Tutorial
If you are making a doll, and you want beautiful hair for your doll, it will take a lot of your time, but if you are done, it is worth it, but this is only the case if you make gorgeous hair. I've experimented with a lot of hairstyles, and I give you the opportunity to choose your way to make hair for the dolls. For the Charita Dolls I made a wig cap, because I want to change the hair for each costume she wears.

Amigurumi Charita Doll Mermaids tail ~ Free Pattern
In the beginning, more than twenty centuries ago, it began in the ancient Greece...
Sirens of the ancient greek mythologies were the beginning from the illustrations which you will know as The Mermaid, PAMPAMPAAAAAAMMMM!!! From the Sirens to Disney's Ariel, the mermaid exist. Unbelievable that the thoughts of a little girl about mermaids began more than twenty centuries ago, but then, it wasn't the little girl who said mermaids exist, but everyone said so! And it is the truth.
