Amigurumi Charito Dolls ~ Free Pattern

The Charito Dolls are inspirated by the Chibi cartoons which I draw in my book. A big head, big eyes and a small, tiny body, and by the way, I like to draw those creatures. I will post my drawings soon on my blog, but I am a busy girl, you know?
These Charito Dolls are the male versions of the Charita Dolls. So, these Dolls are based on the Charita Dolls.

Do not reprint, repost or sell these Charito Dolls or pattern! Just please provide a link back to this webadress. Thank you!

The Pattern

Head (beige or skin colored yarn)
Rnd 1         10sc in MR (10)
Rnd 2         *inc* (20)
Rnd 3         *sc, inc* (30)
Rnd 4-14    *sc* (30)
Rnd 15       *3sc, dec* (24)
Rnd 16       *2sc, dec* (18)
Cut the yarn leaving a tail from 72 inches/185 cm long.
Now you have crocheted the top of the head, we will finish the bottom of the head later, after the body is finished. Place a stitch marker or a small safety pin in the working loop of your crochet, so you don't unravel your head stitches.

At this point you can attach the eyes to the head. Attach the 9mm animal eyes to the head between rounds 11 and 12,   6sc apart. And because your doll will become a male, I didn't decide to make eyelashes for her, but I decided to make freckles! But that last one is your choice, just for the cuteness ^ . ^
